Face analysis and written care guides run on your device; your photo, results and goals are not sent to a text AI service. AI try-ons are optional and require separate sharing permission. Purchasing a subscription or reading these terms does not authorize a photo upload. You can withdraw try-on permission in Settings. Withdrawal, data deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
1. What Looknivo provides
Looknivo, provided by Lokman Sahin, offers on-device face analysis, 250 offline care guides in 10 languages, written in advance and included in the app, 22 written plans, 26 routine templates, custom routines, local progress tracking and AI hairstyle, clothing and color-palette try-ons. Scores are estimates of two-dimensional face geometry calculated on your device with fixed formulas and compared with classical reference proportions; they depend on camera conditions, pose and expression. They are not scientific attractiveness ratings, rankings against other people, medical assessments or predictions of physical improvement. Generated try-on images illustrate possible styling and may contain inaccuracies; they do not promise a real-world result.
Movement, sleep and focus programmes provide general beginner guidance. They are not individualized medical treatment, a diagnosis, a weight-loss promise or a guarantee of changes to facial anatomy. Work within your comfort and ability; stop movements that cause pain and seek qualified advice for an injury or medical condition. Clothing previews provide style inspiration and do not measure clothing sizes or exact real-world fit.
2. Your photos and permitted use
AI try-on services are for adults aged 18 or older. Submit only a photo showing you alone that you have the right to use. Do not submit another person's photo, a child's photo, private documents or images you are not authorized to use. The app asks you to confirm adult status and your right to use the selected photo; it does not verify your identity using that photo.
Use the service for lawful personal styling. Do not use generated images for impersonation, deception, harassment, sexual exploitation or infringement of another person's privacy or intellectual property. Looknivo offers preset styling choices rather than an unrestricted prompt service.
3. Your content and separate AI permission
You retain your rights in the original photos you provide. When you explicitly request and permit AI processing, you authorize Looknivo to process the necessary input and transmit it to the named service for that request. This permission covers providing the requested result and storing it as described in our privacy policy; it is not permission for Looknivo to sell your photos, use them in advertising or train models with them.
Face analysis runs entirely on your device; nothing is sent for analysis. Written care recommendations are included in the app and selected on your device from your goals and latest results; no AI service generates them while you use the app. For a separately requested try-on, the selected photo and fixed instructions for the chosen hairstyle, look or clothing and color palette are sent through Looknivo to Snapgen (NanoBanana 2). The app presents a disclosure and an affirmative choice before any such submission. Declining keeps the upload off and does not prevent use of face analysis, local progress photos and comparisons.
4. Provider processing and generated images
Snapgen has confirmed directly to Looknivo that it uses Google's Nano Banana image model for portrait processing, deletes both uploaded source photos and generated portraits within a maximum of 30 days, keeps no logs for this processing, and deletes the relevant photos immediately when Looknivo sends a deletion request. The in-app server-data deletion control does not automatically contact Snapgen; provider deletion requests are coordinated through Looknivo Support. See our privacy policy for these provider commitments and Looknivo's separate storage rules.
Snapgen's terms permit commercial use and recognize users' rights in generated content. Its public privacy policy also requires prior written consent for resale, redistribution or sublicensing. Looknivo has obtained direct permission from Snapgen to provide generated portraits to users through its paid app service. That permission does not grant users an unrestricted right to resell, redistribute or sublicense outputs. Saving or sharing a portrait must comply with applicable provider terms and other people's rights; contact Looknivo Support for reuse beyond the permitted scope.
Your consent authorizes the requested processing; it does not waive privacy or consumer rights or remove Looknivo's responsibility for its service and the data it shares.
5. Membership and Apple purchases
A verified active subscription is required to use the app, including new analyses, routine completion and AI transformations. Neither plan includes a free trial. The weekly plan includes five transformations per paid week. The monthly plan includes fifteen transformations per paid month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Apple's purchase sheet provides the applicable localized price and renewal period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account. Manage or cancel at Apple subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through Apple. Uninstalling Looknivo, withdrawing AI permission or deleting data does not cancel a subscription.
Restore Purchases restores eligible Apple subscription access, not local photos or history from another device. Existing local records can still be viewed, exported or deleted after membership ends.
6. Generation credits and interruptions
One transformation credit is reserved when a job is accepted. A successful job consumes it; a failed job returns it. Deleting your server data returns credits reserved for jobs that are still queued or running. Credits already consumed by completed jobs are not returned. A provider request already in progress may finish, but its result will not be stored again after deletion. Network retries using the same request identifier do not create additional jobs.
Generation time and availability may vary. If a request is pending, continue that request from the app instead of repeatedly starting new ones. Contact support if access or a returned credit appears incorrect. Nothing here limits rights that apply under consumer law.
7. Retention, deletion and withdrawal
Looknivo removes source photos and request payloads when a job completes or fails. Server results expire 30 days after the job is created. Save a local copy if you want to keep a result. Local records remain until you delete them.
Settings provides separate controls to withdraw try-on permission, delete local data, and delete Looknivo server data. Withdrawal prevents future try-on submissions; transmitted requests may finish. Local deletion does not delete server data and server deletion does not delete your saved local copies. Limited anti-duplication and purchase/credit records remain as explained in the privacy policy.
For independent provider data, contact support. Looknivo cannot represent a provider deletion as complete without confirmation from that provider.
8. Application license, updates and contact
Apple's standard application license agreement applies to the app. These service terms do not replace that license or limit mandatory rights. A revised policy page alone does not grant permission for a new category of AI sharing; the relevant explicit permission is still required in the app.
