Need help with a Roomivo room project, design board, alternative, action plan, PDF export, subscription or AI generation? Email us and include a short description of what happened.
Stuck generation
Open the project’s Alternatives section and check the submission. If the service is temporarily unavailable, try again later. You can remove a stuck alternative from this device to continue. This does not cancel an already accepted server job; a completed job may still use a credit. Failed server jobs return their reserved credit.
Delete a project or design
Use Delete project on the Projects screen or Remove alternative inside a project. Confirm the removal. This removes local records and unused local photos; it does not delete server records. Contact us for server data deletion.
Purchases and languages
Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple account used for the purchase. Roomivo supports English and Turkish. Your own project text remains in the language you wrote it.
For privacy and data requests, use the same address with the subject “Roomivo data request.”
