Privacy Policy

Roomivo lets you upload a photo of an interior, building exterior or garden and receive an AI-assisted design visual. This policy explains how that service handles information.

Optional advertising measurement

With your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and while Advertising measurement is enabled in Settings, Roomivo uses Meta’s SDK to measure app opens, onboarding completion, design completion and subscription checkout activity. Meta may receive advertising and anonymous app identifiers, event names and subscription product identifiers. RevenueCat may forward subscription and revenue events to Meta when tracking permission is authorized. We do not send room photos, reference images, design instructions, board notes or personal project text to Meta. Declining permission does not limit your subscription features. You can turn off Advertising measurement in Roomivo Settings and revoke tracking permission in iOS Settings. While Advertising measurement is enabled, Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork measures app installation and whether a verified paid subscription conversion occurred, including when tracking permission is declined. It sends delayed, aggregated conversion reports subject to Apple’s privacy thresholds, without your room content, transaction identifier or advertising identifier. Free trials are not counted as paid purchases. Subscription billing and entitlement verification remain available regardless of advertising measurement preferences.

Information used to provide the service

How we use it

We use this information only to process your requested design, show it in your creations history, enforce the credit and trial rules, prevent fraud, troubleshoot the service, and understand aggregate product performance. Room photos and design instructions are not used for advertising measurement.

Service providers

After your explicit confirmation for each generation, the source room photo (or selected design for refinement), room type, goal, style, direction, colors, furniture names/preferences, refinement text, selected living conditions, board notes and materials, budget and currency are sent through our server to the Snapgen image-generation API at api.snapgen.ai using the NanoBanana 2 model (nano-banana-2). For a new design, the chosen tool and one source photo are uploaded. Reference Style also uploads the reference photo you explicitly select. Brush-based edits also upload your edit mask when you draw one. Refinements upload the selected design without resending the original reference or mask. Generated results are downloaded from the media URL returned by Snapgen and cached by Roomivo. Other design-board photos and action lists are not sent to the AI API. RevenueCat processes subscription status and purchase entitlements. Apple processes in-app purchases. The AI API is a third-party service. Its own retention, downstream processing and training practices are not controlled by Roomivo; we cannot promise immediate deletion from that provider. Projects on your device

Room files, design boards, furniture preferences, budgets and action lists are stored locally on your device. When you request AI generation, the main room photo, room brief, colors, furniture preferences, selected living conditions, board notes and materials, budget and currency are sent to our service. The reference photo explicitly selected for Reference Style and any edit mask are also sent for that request; other board photos are not sent. Exporting a project creates a PDF that you can choose to share.

Storage and retention

The source image, selected reference image and edit mask for a queued AI request are temporarily stored on our server until the request completes or fails. These active queue copies are then removed together. Completed images, request text, image hashes and quota records may remain as described below.

Generated images, design instructions and image hashes are removed from the active server after 90 days. Image access requires the private credential for the owning installation. In Settings, Delete my server designs removes your server images and instructions sooner and returns credits only for jobs that have not started; completed design credits remain consumed. Minimal job identifiers, credit records and trial-use protection are retained to prevent repeated charging and trial abuse. Encrypted operational backups expire within 7 days; deleted records must not be reintroduced during disaster recovery. Local project deletion does not remove server copies; use the dedicated server deletion control.

Your choices

You can export and import a project backup in Settings. Backups contain your photos and project text, never installation credentials or purchase receipts. You choose where to save or share the file. Treat backup files as private. You can explore the sample project without uploading a photo. You can remove personal projects and individual alternatives on your device without an active subscription. Unreferenced local room photos and cached results are cleaned after saved edits/deletions and at startup. Local removal does not cancel a running server generation or guarantee a credit refund. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. To ask us to delete creations or information associated with your app installation, use Delete my server designs in Settings, or contact lokman782782@gmail.com and include the email subject “Roomivo data request.”

Children

Roomivo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
