Privacy Policy

Roomivo lets you upload an interior room photo and receive an AI-assisted design visual. This policy explains how that service handles information.
Information used to provide the service
- Photos you choose: the source photo you upload and the design image generated for you.
- Design choices and text: the room type, style, palette, and any custom or refinement instruction you enter.
- Service identifiers: an app-generated identifier used to protect the one-time trial, apply your subscription credit allowance, and keep your creations available in the app.
- Purchase status: subscription and entitlement information supplied through RevenueCat and Apple so we can determine whether the service is active and which credit allowance applies.
How we use it
We use this information only to process your requested design, show it in your creations history, enforce the credit and trial rules, prevent fraud, troubleshoot the service, and understand aggregate product performance. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Service providers
After your explicit confirmation for each generation, the source room photo (or selected design for refinement), room type, goal, style, direction, colors, furniture names/preferences and refinement text are sent through our server to the Snapgen image-generation API at api.snapgen.ai using the NanoBanana 2 model (nano-banana-2). One source photo is uploaded per request. Generated results are downloaded from the media URL returned by Snapgen and cached by Roomivo. Board reference photos, budgets and action lists are not sent to the AI API. RevenueCat processes subscription status and purchase entitlements. Apple processes in-app purchases. The AI API is a third-party service. Its own retention, downstream processing and training practices are not controlled by Roomivo; we cannot promise immediate deletion from that provider. Projects on your device
Room files, design boards, furniture preferences, budgets and action lists are stored locally on your device. When you request AI generation, the main room photo, room brief, colors and furniture preferences are sent to our service. Board reference photos and budget amounts are not sent for generation. Exporting a project creates a PDF that you can choose to share.
Storage and retention
The source image for a queued AI request is temporarily stored on our server until the request completes or fails. The active queue copy is then removed. Completed images, request text, image hashes and quota records may remain as described below.
Generated images, request text, image hashes, job identifiers and credit records currently have no automatic expiry on our server. They remain until removed through a support data request or service maintenance; deleting a project in the app does not delete server copies. Generated images use unlisted media URLs; anyone with the URL can access the image. Do not share those URLs publicly unless you intend to share the image.
Your choices
You can explore the sample project without uploading a photo. You can remove personal projects and individual alternatives on your device without an active subscription. Unreferenced local room photos and cached results are cleaned after saved edits/deletions and at startup. Local removal does not cancel a running server generation or guarantee a credit refund. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. To ask us to delete creations or information associated with your app installation, contact lokman782782@gmail.com and include the email subject “Roomivo data request.”
Children
Roomivo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
